Sewer Service:
The collection system of the Borough of Penbrook is connected to and discharges sanitary sewage and industrial waste into the advanced wastewater treatment facility of the City of Harrisburg.
The Borough assesses each property owner an annual useage fee which is included in the annual property tax assessment.
Electrical Power Service:
